“Rating would have been excellent had the swing set not arrived minus a set of screws - ordering was so easy and delivery time exceptionally fast, just a few days. Follow up customer service via email to obtain the missing screws was however very good, staff most apologetic and quick to resolve the problem, so we couldn’t ask for more - thank you.”

“Really pleased with the product. It's a good looking piece of equipment and my daughter loves it. The delivery driver was friendly enough to call me when I wasn't in and left the boxes in a safe location. However the product was very difficult to put together.”

“My grandson had a collision incident with his Range Rover Sport with his brother and a tree... with a bit of reversing the result was a broken wing mirror. Replacement was found at the Outdoor Toys warehouse which I bought and was with me a couple of days later. Always good to have follow up customer service for the "realities of life"!!”

“Product very good and strong. Took us a lot longer than 2 hours to put up but worth it in the end. The baby swing arrived with a big crack in it but I emailed with the problem and somebody replied straight away and arranged for a replacement to be sent out which arrived in a few days, good customer service. Recommend this product and company.”

“I am extremely happy with you as a company as a whole from the ordering, to the delivery and to the actual item itself. The delivery was faster than what I expected and the packaging was fantastic. The ride on car that we ordered was beyond our expectations and looked brilliant and was very easy to build up. We can't wait for Christmas so my son can enjoy riding it and going for a cruise!”

“A lovely outdoor swing , easy to construct, adaptable as children grow and looks pleasing in the garden setting. Swift delivery in current times appreciated. More expensive than others on the market, but well worth the money, due to its adaptability giving longevity . Would recommend”
