“Looking for a toddler sized tree swing and I eventually found a site with reliable info on size and suitability, and not too expensive. Item arrived and looks great in all aspects. Expecting it to get well used once the weather improves!”

“I haven't orderd anything online before or used Paypal, made a mistake when ordering didn't add code. I called the customer service and the lady was Brilliant with me. She sorted the problem in an instant and gave me all the reassurance I need. I look forward to my purchase arriving and can see me being a regular customer.”

“I ordered my sons ride on car yesterday and it arrived today. Excellent service :) it is my third purchase from Outdoor Toys and the service has always been great. My son loves his car, we are just charging it up before his first use! Highly recommend this company”

“I was very impressed by the response when I thought I had a payment problem. The person who answered the phone ( I apologise I cannot remember her name) was extremely polite and apologised for not answering immediately. Great customer service. My daughter said the parcel arrived promptly and although slightly damaged on the outside was packed well and fin on the inside. The only thing they haven' been able to check until putting the swing together was all the components.”

“We ordered a large climbing frame with swing and slide, which arrived within a week of ordering (fast for us as we live on a small island!). Great customer service, too. When I phoned with a question about my order they answered the phone straight away. Great quality play equipment, we were very impressed with quality of the materials and accessories. It took my fiancé who is a joiner about half a day to assemble, and you do need a drill and some other tools for it. We are super happy with the result and will use the climbing frame for many years to come.”

“Easy purchase, quick delivery. We bought a Rebo mini trampoline. It is excellent quality and our 2 year old adores it. It looks great and functions well. No issues so far. Relatively quick and easy to assemble. Very pleased. It is a great purchase and will be well used.”
