“Swing arrived very swiftly. Fortunately I was in to receive it, as I was not aware that delivery was imminent. I had not received a tracking number. All appears to be in good order, though it will not be assembled for a while yet.”

“Customer service was excellent. There was a damaged part in delivery, phoned them up they apologised and I received new part within two days without any issue. Definitely glad I ordered from outdoor toys and will use again.”

“Great customer service before ordering the range rover evoque and after. Delivery was very quick and quality of the eletric sit in car was really good. Very impressed 🙂”

“Our order was sent out very quickly. Unfortunately the carry handle and steering wheel was broken so I contacted them and they were very friendly and helpful and I received the replacements within 2 days great customer service would use them again.”

“Good quality product, solid wooden construction (twin swing), easy to follow instructions and easy to build. Children and parents very happy! One minor niggle was the delivery, the delivery driver didn't leave any note to say the product was (safely) delivered round the back of the house. It was only when I rang up to ask where the product was did I learn that it had been delivered the previous day.”
