“Really good swing. My only suggestion is to improve the swing cuff mechanism, as it is quite noisy/squeaky when swinging.”

“Absolutely love this car! Bought it for my daughters 1st birthday and I know it says from 3 years but she loves it. It’s so good and so safe too. I was let down by another company with delivery due to coronavirus but I rang these guys to see if they were operating and ordered t he Audi car and it was delivered 3 days later. Thank you”

“We bought a small trampoline for our son. This was delivered in great timing. The product is a great size and our son loves it. The instructions are not the best so advise reading a few times and double checking everything. We accidentally put two metal parts incorrectly which got stuck. A quick and very helpful member of staff sent out the replacement in 2 days!”

“My order of a Rebo Venus Wooden Garden Swing set and standard anchors arrived very quickly. I was slightly concerned that the outer box was damaged and the package of fitments was ruptured, but no bits were missing! The second standard seat was missing, however (I had also ordered a toddler seat), but a phone call to Outdoor Toys confirmed this was your error and the second seat arrived a few days later. Good product; good service (especially in difficult times!).”

“I ordered a junior swing from Outdoor Toys. Although I could not get through on the customer service phone line, my email was answered promptly and my queries answered. The dispatch time was very efficient. The junior swing has now been assembled which was a bit more complicated than I hoped (drill and socket set required) but went together quite quickly and looks sturdy and has been well enjoyed by two happy children already. Would certainly use Outdoor Toys again”
