“I ordered a Mercedes Jeep 12V for you for my little girls birthday. I got it with a discount in the Boxing Day sale so I upgraded to have personalise plates. I absolutely love it and so does she!! It goes quicker that I though, looks brilliant. My partner found it hard to build but for a man who doesn’t read instructions what does he expect. Thank you so much for the quickly delivery, I ordered Tuesday night & it arrived Thursday morning. Thank you Molly”

“The product was easy to assemble. However some of the instructions were hard to follow especially syncing the remote. After having to contact your customer service team for further support it was deemed the controller was faulty and you are sending me a replacement. I would like to thank Leanne and Izzie for there excellent customer service skills.”

“I would have given 4.5 stars but not an option. I am pleased with the price, the product, the contact from the company . Only thing i did struggle to pay for the product i think the web site needs a little adjusting and it said i could track my order but past payment tracking was no longer optional. All together its fair to say i would use the company again as i am happy enough with the service. Thank you”

“Would definitely recommend Outdoor toys. Delivery was quick and I was kept advised of progress and given a 1 hour time slot. I had a minor issue with some damage and this was dealt with really quickly and a replacement part issued and received. Customer service has been brilliant. I can’t fault them. All this and a good price as well.”
