“When in website, I was asked to sing up for additional 5% off. Signed up but never received the additional discount. Was goi g to buy anyway but slightly misleading otherwise would have been a better score.”

“I am very pleased with the slide and swing I purchased but customer service is poor. I had a problem as the the swing was delivered with only one pole and the seat, I was on the phone for 15 minutes before anyone answered. The office staff were good once I got through but it was disappointing not to have it ready for my grandson 's birthday.”

“The wooden poles didn’t fit, two of the metal holders were dinted making them not circular. We Didn’t noticed this until we started to build it at the weekend. We couldn’t get hold of anyone as your only open Monday- Friday . The children were so excited that we had to make it work by hammering the posts into the post holders. The boat swing tips up. If the parts all work ( fit together easily) it’s great the kids love it but itv was not a pleasure or easy to build.”

“Bought a rebo goalpost for my grandson’a birthday. Excellent service delivered well on time despite the restrictions. Easy to assemble and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. So much I’ve now bought another 2 for my garden for when the grandchildren are here!”

“Excellent product, kids love it. I do not think it would be suitable for a DIY novice, having to drill your own holes but can understand the cost driven reason they are not. Slightly let down by the delivery guys who had smashed the pallet it had come on, who then reassured me it was just the pallet. Subsequently on building up there is a clear impact mark on one of the uprights from the where the tip of the fork has been rammed into it, slightly splitting the wood.”
