“we ordered a ride on car for our daughters birthday which was delivered within 2 days but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I contacted customer support on the Monday who were very helpful and offered a few options to resolve this (i.e. discount if we wanted to keep the damaged item or a replacement and collection) we chose to replace the item. The new item was dispatched same day and arrived with us by the Wednesday and my daughter very happy to get such a cool gift.”

“My son loves his new swing seat. He is 8 and has autism. He has trouble sleeping so in the evening we lay his favourite blanket on his swing and he just lays there and swings really relaxes him. It was a very quick delivery and well packaged. The only thing was the swing seat didn’t come with instructions but I just looked at picture of swing and soon worked it out thankyou x”

“I ordered a new ride on car for my sons birthday, it arrived when scheduled which was good. On opening the box I started to read the assembly instructions to find that they made very little sense as they had clearly been poorly translated from Chinese to English, as I have an engineering background I was able to assemble the car and eventually get it to work. The other problem was that the stickers on the car had already started to peel off so I was told to go and buy some glue to stick them back on! I was originally offered a £5 refund but after I refused this was increased to £10 I do not think the stickers should be peeling off a brand new product before it has even been used and I feel a little insulted by the very small refund.”
