“The service was excellent- we booked Christmas jnstallation and Gavin duly arrived on 20 December to put everything up. He was happy to work with us on construction and positioning (not to mention hiding it from the children until the big day!). The set looks and feels great and the children are getting a lot of use from it already, despite the cold weather. Many thanks to all at Outdoor Toys, who kept us updated all the way through and were without exception friendly and approachable.”

“I ordered a royal swan 12” bike for my daughter for Christmas & thought it wasn’t going to arrive on time, it did though and to say I’m in love with it is an understatement! It’s absolutely beautiful & was so easy to build, thanks again outdoor toys, I’m looking forward to ordering from you in the future x”

“Ordered two cars for my twin grandchildren boy and girl. I was told early on that there was a problem and delivery was expected to Outdoor Toys Wednesday 22nd December, a bit close for my liking, however, I was given regular updates throughout and received both cars on Thursday 23rd December. The updates I received gave me confidence that I was going to receive them in time.”
