“I messed up with Outdoor Toys, and they helped me massivly. I gave the wrong postcode, and the driver tried to deliver a gift to my tiny granddaughter in the wrong part of the country. They spotted the error. Contacted me. The swing is now swinging in the garden. Thank you.”

“I cant speak highly enough regarding Outdoor Toys. I ordered a Pink Mercedes ride-on car as a Xmas present for our granddaughters. The car, although packaged extremely well was damaged in transit by a third party delivery driver. After a couple of phone calls and an email, Outdoor Toys went above and beyond to organise a replacement car and still managed to get the replacement car delivered before Xmas. The granddaughters were overwhelmed with their gift, extremely well made and put together Mercedes, the envy of many. I would happily give them a five-star rating, fantastic customer service.”

“Product was very good and was the same as stated on the internet. Self assembly was easy ( and we are novices at this). It only took a couple of days to be delivered too. We are really pleased with our purchase.”

“Excellent service! I ordered a Vespa scooter on 19th December and received it on 22nd December. I was sent regular updates regarding delivery too. My niece loved her scooter and I was pleasantly surprised at the audio it plays. Thank you!”
