“An incorrect item was shipped to me. However, mistakes happen and I find the sign of a good, trustworthy company is how they deal with mistakes. Outdoor Toys responded quickly and extremely well, the helpdesk and the delivery drivers are very friendly and professional and I'll definitely order from Outdoor Toys again.”

“Our grandchildren love the swing. However the wood had some cracks which are probably insignificant ( but we took a photo just in case). The delivery however was a shambles. The swing went astray then arrived with no warning at all at 7 in the morning. You did contact us to apologise for the delay but we were led to expect originally that warnibv7ng of its arrival would be given.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. did find the poles were very tight to go into the brackets although I know they need to be tight. It also takes longer than 3 hours to put up. it is perfect for the children and they love it. will purchase add ons when required.”

“Great product once built, but we had difficulties putting it together without using brute force. Wooden legs were very tight fitting into the joints. We ended up damaging the mounts which then had to be put back into shape. Very hard to contact customer support to seek any guidance. Kids love it now it's in place.”
