“Disappointing returns service. Would make me not order from here again.
I requested a return and I didn’t get a response for over 24 hours. I requested it the morning I had time to process the return. I now won’t have time until next week. The only return option is then for myself to take the item to the post office and pay for the postage. On a heavy item this will be quite a lot especially as I will need it to be tracked to ensure it arrives and I get the refund. Not worth it! I could and should have bought the item from elsewhere with free, no hassle returns. Also in the email I received my name and the items I wanted to return were also incorrect which does not fill you with confidence.”
