“The doors were fitted between our kitchen/diner and conservatory. The instant the installation was completed we noticed the marked reduction in heat loss from the kitchen/diner into the conservatory, which is going to save us a 'zillion' pounds in heating bills! Noise from rain on the conservatory roof is also practically eleminated. Probably still there but not nearly so noticeable as before. The doors are very well manufactured and look great. Next to the new kitchen we had fitted fitted the year previously, these doors are the best purchase we have made for the house since moving in 10 yers ago. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Window appears very good but I am getting some wind noise in blustery conditions. I had the bi-fold installed in September so have not got the best out of it yet (review written in April)”

“Out Bi-Fold doors were scheduled for fitting on Thursday the 19th of March. During the installation I noticed that the travel door was on the wrong side. After several phone calls it transpired that the company fitting the doors had made an error in their paperwork and ordered them the wrong way round. Unfortunately this meant that the complete set had to be reordered from Origin and we feared it would mean another four week delay. I'm pleased to say that the company spoke to a director at Origin who agreed to fast track the fabrication of a new set over the following weekend and they were fitted on Tuesday the 24th of March. We are very pleased with our new doors and the fact that we chose Origin following there excellent customer service.”

“My single origin door looks magnificent. Through the carefully etched glass I can see my swimming pool. Excellent customer care and was very carefully measured and fitted by Aspect Windows of Devon.”

“The frames are good but the installation process has become rather annoying. The door got installed as planned on 20th February. But until today 4th April we are still waiting for a final outside cover to be installed. We had been given several dates but either we received short notice cancellations "due to the weather" or just no-shows. As we are all busy people this is unacceptable and it give me the feeling that once the money is paid, service is seriously lacking. Ralph Welpe”

“We were very impressed with Origin, firstly because of the amazing choice of colours and door furniture. the installation was PERFECT due to the guys from Halo who were incredibly professional and did the installation as if it were there own home. i would not hesitate in using them again and also recommending origin to others”

“The Magnets on the Bi folding Doors are not strong - When you have high winds the door detaches from the magnet. I have had to replace glass panes twice. I requested for additional magnets and have had no response.”

“We have purchased and installed two sets of bi-fold doors consisting of 3 and 5 panels. The guys who installed them we,re very professional and made it look easy. Then products themselves are top spec. Would recommend to anyone”

“Haven't had the chance to use our bifolds in anger much, having only had them installed before Christmas , but look and feel very good quality doors and company have given good quality support in terms of warranty, although haven't had to have them out yet. Note check your guarantee conditions before buying if Jo Bloggs builder is installing them or you get from some 3rd party retailer. Also if you look at quality level and shop around, they are very reasonably priced. So far..... would highly recommend.”
