“Would highly recommend, quality is great as is service. We had quotes which were cheaper but for that bit extra for something you are going to use and look at for some time they are most definitely worth the difference.”

“Funny how you only want me to leave a 100% comment !! I am very pleased with the doors but I have just found a door seal that is damaged I have tried to contact you but have no reply Poor customer service Regards Paul Cooke”

“Did not have a complaint with regards to the product. But the installation of the product from the start to the finish was a shambles. The only reason I didnt vote "very poor" is because at least the mistakes were rectified in the end.”

“The Origin's Bifold Doors we purchased for our extension in 2014 are excellent! We have now become one of the showcases for our builder - this was a first for them. The building company we used for the works tell people their options for doors and although these doors are pricier than others on the market, it is true to say that you do get what you pay for, especially in this case. We are glad we did not skimp on the bifolds. The installation was via a dealer/agent of Origin's. We cannot fault the installation but a great deal of the smoothness of the operation was down to our talented foreman who had prepared the opening ready for the install. The installation team said themselves it was the quickest and smoothest install ever. Our doors are now known as the Rolls Royce of Bifolds - Well done Origin. The only thing we would say is you should perhaps train more trade to install these doors? It seems such a pity that most of the hardwork is undertaken by someone else for the fee to be absorbed by another. Although we are pleased with the doors themselves, we were less than impressed by the aftercare service. It was almost like "We got the sale, that's it". We had to chase for our warranty pack. We would give the aftercare agent a 2 1/2 out of 5 - great sales spiel, less than great customer service post sale.”

“Apart from a slight delay in delivery, the bi-fold doors and windows have proven a big plus to the house. No problems I have subsequently been discovered. Definitely recommend.”

“Doors very good and insulation value is great. Had a problem with the fitter which was eventualy resolved but not to our complete satisfaction. Nothing to do with the standard of the doors but with thier workmanship”

“Beautiful bifold door, exceptional quality. Just been through the winter with it and it is marvellous, light giving and well insulated and warm. It comes into its own in the warm spring and summer evenings when we open it and invite the garden in to dine with us. It has transformed the way we live. Highly recomended”

“We had not considered bifold doors and our builder suggested them. We are so pleased that we chose to have them fitted and it is obvious that the ones we have are "Simply the Best". We would recommend Origin to anybody who is considering improving their home.”

“although overall I am pleased with the quality of the doors,it was disappointing that after installation of just 7/8 months the lock failed to operate and I had to recall the installer to rectify the failure,hoping this does not occur again”

“It is obvious to me that you manufacture a quality product. Unfortunately your product is only as good as the company that orders and installs it. The company I chose to install your product let me down badly I'm afraid to say. In my opinion they have also let Origin down too.”

“Choice of aluminium frame over uPVC meant I got considerably more glass area in my relatively small opening. It was worth paying the cost premium of around 50%. The product was installed quickly, has clean lines so looks very neat and has been operating well for nearly a year now. Good choice of options gave me the finish I wanted. No issues after installation. Only 2 suppliers in my area meant I had to wait for installation even though delivery lead time was very short. Vast price difference between them too, so worth shopping around. I can recommend this product.”

“Your product is fantastic, however I'd question the company used to supply and install, Bi Fold Direct, Window Warehouse whatever they're called are poor and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody”
