A added a leavel 3 teaching assistant course to my basket and when it's gone thow it's gone thow a total different course rang and emailed a good few times and nothing

I was very disappointed with the content. I only completed the first module, which was just a vast amount of text. It was not engaging, just paragraphs of reading. I requested a refund after 10 minutes but this was refused even advertised as a 14 day refund.

I booked a course for someone they sent the email to me using my billing information.I tried to send emails explaining to them that they made a mistake they take soo long to reply and they never pick their phone am soo disappointed

The Overall courses are too good very informative. I did multiple courses but recently In the month of June, I completed my Veterinary Nursing Level 4 after which I paid for a hardcopy I received a mail confirming my address for which I reverted instantly, till date that's 28th December I haven't received my certificate through any post, I have dropped multiple reminders for which I have received no reverts. Finally I made another new purchase of my hardcopy hoping I don't get cheated again "fingers crossed ".

I purchased the training for my brother and if filled in the box to it was for someone but you set up in my name. The training I have purchased is of no use until you allocate to the name I provided

I've just completed the First Aid Course for Dogs and Puppies. One of the exam questions set is rather questionable - the statement said 'Kennel Cough is not particularly contagious'? With a true or false answer. I put False, but apparently, this is true from the marking! There was another question set in the exam which it seems is also marked incorrectly. I've tried to email Oplex to ask about these anomalies but as yet no one has come back to me, despite there being a statement that someone will always get in touch with you within 48 hours. Makes you wonder if the support they say is there really exists?

The course was Level 4 Advanced animal care. The business I run paid for this course for a team member to support her CPD requirements. This course does not meet the standards expected of a level 4 course. It might meet entry level or level 1 at a push but certainly not a level 4 advanced. Missing vast amounts of welfare and husbandry, health and behavioural information across taxa. very simple multiple choice quiz at the end to pass the course. The title of this course is very misleading and Employers need to be aware of the true content of this course before employing incorrectly qualified staff which could lead to injury or welfare concerns.

My review is related to the mental health support worker qualification. I found the course content to be out of date and to be honest dangerous considering there was nothing relating to how to support those with mental health conditions, no information on any mental health diagnosis and no information on other support agencies. It contained slides of outdated and at times incorrect information. If I had no prior knowledge from other mental heath courses then this course would of given a qualification that had no relevance to my job role. The very fact it references PALs as a new service when it was set up in 1997 shows how out of date the content was. I was extremely disappointed by this course and feel it should be removed as to gain a level 3 qualification in 3 hours with no assessments, research opportunities or content around actual support is not acceptable when working with those who have mental health conditions this course was next to useless. Do I think I earnt the qualification? Yes through all the other courses I have done and lived experience but not in any way from this course.

Really very poor. Bad grammar, largely repetitive. Disappointing overall. I know it was ( only ), £14, but it wasn't even worth that. I wouldn't use Optrex again.

I would give zero stars. No Tutor Support at all. The help & support tab in student portal sends email but you never get a reply. When you email through website to chase this up you still do not get a response and when you do the issue is not dealt with and apparently they did not receive any of my emails I sent through student portal. Many errors in Bookkeeping Courses Level 2, 3 & 4. Basic additions incorrect, conflicting answers in the module test and then the mock assessment. Which I needed to know for Final Assessment, I sent query on Thursday 24th March, still no response. Appalling. Do not recommend at all.

I have contacted you twice more after your email back to me regarding the course I bought and I received NO reply from both email I sent. I am very disapointed with the lack of service from you guys. I asked to speak to a customer service adviser and no one has taken the time to help or reply. I am finishing an university course and I thought your course would help me but the lack of contact and service means that I will never use you or recommend you to anymore.

Well, i have no much to say at the moment because is still a bit elusive for me to start my course. Well, despite i done the payment I still can't access my course. I think because am using my phone but I will get my laptop 💻 as soon as possible, then I will have something reasonable to about it.

Course was supposed to take 80hrs- took me 3hrs! I found it very uninformative, the spelling and grammar throughout all the slides was horrendous, and it came across as very unprofessional. Very odd wording on the final exam too,really didn't feel like I learnt anything, waste if money. Would never use this company again.
