“I have enjoyed the courses on Oplex but unable to copy the course on to a word document as I take a long time in reading. I used to be able to do it but that stopped for some reason. Please bring that facility back. For that areason, it is a 3/5 otherwise it would have been a full 5/5.”

“On purchasing my second course from you I was disappointed that it was not automatically added to my courses as it said in the e mail I received. This meant that I had nearly 3 days unable to access my new course and do any work. I sent 2 emails each by a different way to you which meant that it was eventually dealt with but I spent a frustrating 3 days. It would have been better if the e mail I received said that my course would be added when you returned to the office but I bought my first course of October hours and it automatically added so I don't know why it didn't this time. I am now hoping that my course will run as well as my first course did even though I have lost 3 days of my 12 months.”

“As I have been at my present company for 30+ years in finance I decided it was time to learn something new and so I chose a course in Child Neglect, what with the current state of poverty in our country today. I found the course was very well presented and easy enough for me to follow and learn. It did open my eyes and I really enjoyed the course which I passed with a Higher Distinction. I will definitely be enrolling on another course in the New Year.”

“Hi good service. Although I did state for the course to start on the 1st January as it was an Xmas present. But this did not happen, resulting the person who’s it’s for with miss out by a couple of weeks. Easy to use, found course quickly!”

Due to this I have edited the course details so that the student has a whole year to complete their modules, as you stated. “It needs to have more information relating to level 1 2 and 3 in bsl I feel like i dont know enough to make atleast a few sentences 😩 However my other course i studied gave me enough information relating to teacher assistant 👍”
