“Easy way to learn”

“I purchased one of the Admin courses, that was just a quiz and very easy. However I also purchased one on the Microsoft courses and it's very interesting. Looking forward to completing it. Just awaiting my hard copy certificate now. A”

“The courses are great and easy to understand. The problem/frustration was getting the Certificate after completing the Final Assessment as you expect after studying so hard towards it. The Certificate was not sent for weeks. Many reminder messages and emails were not answered. Eventually, the customer support team on Live Chat responded telling that the system has no record of the Final Assessment and was told it had to be taken again. I wish this was told immediately or responding to the messages and email as I am sure many of the participant are from countries apart fro the UK so time difference to call and finacial implication. The Certificate was eventually given after appearing in the Assessment for the second time. Whilst as mentioned above, the courses are of a high calibre and useful, the long delay in obtaining the certificate creates a reluctance to register for other great courses. Perhaps, the organisers can help to explain and remove this so the other courses can be registered. Thank you.”

“I took several courses and so far they all have rich context to the extend of their level. Please bare in mind what you are purchasing in terms of its level (e.g. level 3 is a-level level etc) and remember its CPD so it will help you in your existing career or give you a foundation (kick-start) for a new one only if you have enough required background obviously. For my experience, I really loved the psychology course content and psychology related some other courses I have completed because they provide very interesting, clear and direct to the point explanation as well as information. In my opinion, some videos could be added to courses and to its content in addition to unit slides. Also, some other learning materials could be added to make course units and courses stand out to be more illustrative. Besides content, I have contacted customer care few times and they were helpful and quick in response which is a plus I think. My overall experience is perfect so far. I highly recommend Oplex for those who are in self-improvement and for those who are looking to learn new things. Thank you Oplex team. How does it get any better than this ? :)”

“Oplex courses are affordable and insightful. There is always a multiple-choice, short exam at the end of each section as well as a final exam including 50 tests for the whole course. I learned a lot and enjoyed my course in the tort law and I recommend people use Oplex.”

“I have enjoyed the courses on Oplex but unable to copy the course on to a word document as I take a long time in reading. I used to be able to do it but that stopped for some reason. Please bring that facility back. For that areason, it is a 3/5 otherwise it would have been a full 5/5.”

“On purchasing my second course from you I was disappointed that it was not automatically added to my courses as it said in the e mail I received. This meant that I had nearly 3 days unable to access my new course and do any work. I sent 2 emails each by a different way to you which meant that it was eventually dealt with but I spent a frustrating 3 days. It would have been better if the e mail I received said that my course would be added when you returned to the office but I bought my first course of October hours and it automatically added so I don't know why it didn't this time. I am now hoping that my course will run as well as my first course did even though I have lost 3 days of my 12 months.”

“As I have been at my present company for 30+ years in finance I decided it was time to learn something new and so I chose a course in Child Neglect, what with the current state of poverty in our country today. I found the course was very well presented and easy enough for me to follow and learn. It did open my eyes and I really enjoyed the course which I passed with a Higher Distinction. I will definitely be enrolling on another course in the New Year.”
