“The only improvement I can think of right now is when the end assessment is completed it would be better to receive an e-mail confirming that it has been completed. Although it mentions on your website that the results are automatically sent to you, I personally felt I was still in the limbo and not absolutely sure whether you have got the results or not. Especially when clicking on the icon to send was not responding due to a computer freeze on my side. All in all, everything else is marvelous and happy with the cousrse contents and the platform layout.”

“Only just started the course but found there was no sound although both my computer and the course were showing the sound at a high level. No reply from Oplex when I sent an email querying this so not very happy about the after sales.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback and sorry there was a delay in any response from our team. To confirm the course does not have sound - the sound icon you see part of the software and there for the content on the student portal that does have sound, such as our video guides. “I recieved no refund, their policies ensures that they can never give anyone a refund. When a person finds fault with a course, one woudlnt know until they have starred the course. So it is set up that they will take your money and give you no refund!”
