“completed several courses now...this mental health and psychiatry course has been the poorest ... some content has awkward grammer as if copy & pasted to sit incoherently in the content... several end of unit answers have the incorrect answer as correct! & when double checked with the content clearly states the correct opposite answer to the end of unit test....quality assurance team sort it out please!”

“These are very interesting courses and useful for CPD and to add to my CV to show independent study. I made my own notes which I can refer back to in the future. I never found out who the tutor was but they sent "You're doing great!" Emails after each unit. The exam makes you revise the topics and feel like you've achieved something. I would not have paid the full price for it but the reduced cost was very good value. I also think the cost of a certificate and transcript is high so I printed the pdfs, I may have missed out on a quality certificate but it's CPD not a major accreditation. I have purchesed 2 more courses both from Oplex. And I havd my eye on a few more!”

“This is not e-learning, it is just PowerPoint presentations with quizzes and assessments. It is not interactive and has not been proof read. The assessment questions do not make sense. However, the information presented has clearly been researched or written by subject matter experts and is very interesting.”

“The course was good apart from the spelling mistakes and missing the part for mice. The customer service is disgraceful never get a response after writing numerous emails. The advisor dont seem to know about the courses when asked a simple question. The customer service is terrible,by far the worst I have ever experienced. Also it says you have tutor support which I didn't.Overall I liked the course. However the customer service is little to non existent.”

“I have just completed the data protection course. It provided an excellent summary on how data should be handled, the rights of the data subject, the role and commitments of the data processors and controllers. It also explains their accountability, the role of the data protection officer and the CIO. Additionally it gives a brief description of GDPR and how that relates to the Data Protection Act. It is an excellent short course.”

“I really enjoy the courses oplex offers. I av no probs receiving the courses I choose, but I am avin trouble finding my final assessment on alcohol addiction. I really want 2 do this so I can move on 2 not course. Thankyou Oplex”
