“This is a good course using power-point type pages. However some of the information needs to be updated, in particular that for classification of burns - and it should state that ANY burn to a small child must be assessed by a Healthcare Professional. Also and types of wound needs to re reviewed, especially as this is a paediatric course.”

“At least one question incorrect Dyspraxia called DCD not DPD. Reasonable information, a few questions phrased oddly which made answering difficult. Service mapping not so relevant for what information I needed. Some grammatical/spelling errors too.”

“Purchased 'Dog Walking & Pet Sitting' hard copy certificate 2 weeks ago costing £9.99 and as yet haven't received it! E-mailed on Friday to inform Oplex of this but as yet they haven't responded to my enquiry. I feel very disappointed as worked hard to achieve my 'Higher Distinction!'”

“I have recently completed two courses with Oplex and have found the courses very inexpensive and easy to navigate round and understand. I would recommend Oplex to everyone. “The only improvement I can think of right now is when the end assessment is completed it would be better to receive an e-mail confirming that it has been completed. Although it mentions on your website that the results are automatically sent to you, I personally felt I was still in the limbo and not absolutely sure whether you have got the results or not. Especially when clicking on the icon to send was not responding due to a computer freeze on my side. All in all, everything else is marvelous and happy with the cousrse contents and the platform layout.”

“Only just started the course but found there was no sound although both my computer and the course were showing the sound at a high level. No reply from Oplex when I sent an email querying this so not very happy about the after sales.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback and sorry there was a delay in any response from our team. To confirm the course does not have sound - the sound icon you see part of the software and there for the content on the student portal that does have sound, such as our video guides.
