“I passed my Level 4 SEN exam with a lot of my own study, mid way through the course it changed without any notification but because I’m in this line of work the changes were little impact but could be on someone else, also some of the questions in the exam were not covered in the study pack at all so knowledge of the subject is key, it was hard going to get a high grade but with perciverence it was worth it.”

“Although I enjoy the courses, I am left confused about the deliverance of certificates ? I did a course back in 2017 and obtained my score and printable certificate. Then last week, I purchased another course and logged in to my account to find my old course still on there rewuireing me to sit the final exam ? I then questioned myself ad yo if I had not completed the course and sat the exam again !! I then checked my portfolio to find that I HAD already got my pass certificate..... I have mow wasted £9.99 for a copy of my vertificate, which is now a duplicate .... I would like a refund and an explanation of why and how this has happened ???”

“I love the short course here but I saw in the internet that this is recognise of any award winning body which is pity but the courses here is easy to undertand whatever your qualification is, although this is not recognise still thankful that I learned so much plus its expand my knowledge”

“I had problems going through the units so far, but after contacting the help desk, I found there was a problem and it was being dealt with. I still have not been able to do the end of unit tests, as they have not been there.”

“Course was easy to follow and website worked well.My couple of queries were answered in good time. However course was changed halfway through ( no fault of oplex they had to update due to new regulations) however no notice of change was given to us and as I had reached the last assessment of the previous version this was all lost and I had to go back to scratch very annoying. The final assessment , the mock exam and the final exam percentages were not emailed as the other assessments had been . If I had paid full price I would not be happy but as it is I guess I got what I paid for.”

“I have finished level’s 2,3 & 4 teaching assistant courses. great courses, easy to follow instructions, help and support always available. Only problem is I’ve paid for certificates and not received one, and trying to get a resolve is very hard work. Hoping that I get a reply soon .”

“I enjyoyed studying the Veterinary Nursing Level 3 course, I foud it easy to use as well as providing a good range of information for each module. Personnaly, I found the amount of spelling and grammatical errors concerning. Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone who wanted an understanding in veterniary nursing.”

“The concept of this is very good, however, the course itself, whilst good in the main, fell short towards the end. I completed the Tarot Reading Course and the first three quarters of the course was very good - consistent and clear. However, on the last few modules, there was evidence of laziness. There is no Reverse 6 of Swords. The use of the word effluent (sewage) rather than affluent. (In the context of the card meaning, the word should most definitely be affluent). The suite of Pentacles and some of The Swords, stopped showing an individual card on it's own slide - but sort of bunched some of them together, which became frustrating as you are making notes about one card, but realise that the header on the slide is still referring to the previous card, so you have to back track to ensure you are reading the correct meaning for the correct card. I think this needs to be looked at again and corrected. Also, a bit misleading on costs. There is always a sale, but there are also deadlines to encourage you to buy. However, after purchase, you see that the deadline for that sale has been extended again.”

“Had ample time to complete the course. However, I have emailed a few times asking where they get their material but never received an answer. I took 2 of the animal courses and would still like to know if the material for these courses came from an actual vet.”

“I purchased a course online for my son. I don’t know how that is working out for him. One small criticism is that although I put his details when invited into the appropriate box all subsequent emails have been addressed wrongly to me instead of him. I think you should correct this as it could lead to him not receiving information regarding his course.”
