“I found it really easy and simple to use this site and study online in my own time working around my work and kids. I recently done my final assessment and would have liked to of received an Email or something after acknowledging my pass and then letting me know that I had done it and will receive certificate etc that was my only negative. I will defo use this site again if I come across any other courses relating to my job :) would recommend!”

“Although the layout was good and the course work informative I found many spelling and grammar mistakes. In some slides words were missing which made the meaning of the statement completely sensless. In the final assessment the spacing for most questions was off, and some of the multiple choice questions options made no sense at all. I enjoyed the course but the slides need a lot of fine tuning.. I'm sure with a little bit of tinkering the course will be fantastic. Thanks”

“The course was very informative and easily managed, only negative was I could not print the information for later reference. Having said that my certificate arrived swiftly and I would consider using the course provider again”

“I purchased this course on a special deal, if I had bought it full price I would have been disappointed. Some of the course material was not very well written and I didn't find it to be particularly engaging as a learner. I do not feel that it particularly expanded my skills or knowladge and didn't encourage much wider thinking and learning around the subject matter. It did feel as though it was a bit of a Noddy guide, especially with how some of the multiple choice answers were phrased. I also feel that the £10.00 charged for a hard copy of the course certificate was rather steep, especially as I feel any employer would cosider the course pretty worthless.”

Hi, The course is CPD Accredited with the CPD Certification Service, and when you receive the certificate it will be recognised. With regards to the course I've emailed a tutor to let them know and they will be contact you back. Glad to see you've ordered another course and I hope you enjoy your studies. Thanks
