“On taking the module and answering the questions I received an email saying I had passed and to pay for my certificate. At that time I didn't want to pay £9 so assumed I would receive an electronic certificate. That never arrived so I relented an paid for certificate on doing so and only at this point I was told I hasn't taken the mock test and test. I would never have known if I hadn't paid for certificate. On entering my details my email address is no longer recognised, I emailed help desk who replied saying in need to take test, they never answered my question or resolved the issue hence, no test and a Certificate I have paid for but can't get. Really!!”

Hi, The email once you complete your course states that you have finished the course reading and it is now time to take your final assessment tests. In order to fully complete the course, you need to take the final assessment test. Once the test is complete we will produce your certificate accordingly. I've looked into your account and see that you have now completed the test and received both your PDF and hard copy certificate. thanks

“Have completed 3 courses since the start of the year, each one has been extremely enjoyable and rewarding. I am currently in the middle of the Autism Awareness course. I have received higher distinctions in each completed course. Would like to know how I find out what the points mean?......”

“I am not very impressed having to purchase a course extension even after emailing expressing my recent illness which has taken over my life for the best part of 7 months which didn't allow me to even work at my full-time job. I think it is pretty disgusting. I was looking to book more courses but will not be knowing that they have no care for their students well-being.”

Hi Angelee, Sorry to hear of your recent situation. All our courses come with 12 months unlimited access, which means there is adequate time to complete the course. If you don't finish your courses within 12 months you can extend this for a small fee for a further 12 month. In your case I can see that the course has now been extended for a further 12 months. “Buying this course was the best decision I've made towards my education. It is easy to follow and very informative while being simple to understand. The layout is wonderful. There is room for improvement, such as a couple of spelling errors. Nothing that can't be sorted out though. I did write everything down in a folder for future reference, though you do get access for a year after completion. I completed this to Higher Distinction. After doing that I advertised on equine adverts for a job. A couple of days ago I got offered a job at a full livery and competition centre. If it wasn't for this course I'd never have been offered it and would still be looking.”

“The course is such a relaxing learning fun that sets around my schedule and to my liking, especially I'm particular busy during my time learning the course so it puts pressure on my shoulders to complete the course because I can choose when and how much content at a time I can learn. It's very rewarding in terms of the ammount of knowledge and information I have learned from the course and I would recommend the course/the company and I would do another course because I enjoy it so much and you never know what course might be usefull in the future.”

“Excellent course only took me 3 days to complete as I've previously done my level 2 and 3 course in the same field. Much more easier with questions than writing essays. Gets stuck in your head easier”

“Hi I am very disappointment with my recent purchase with Oplex career. I purchased a course (Advance Health and Social Care) recently on Saturday the 30 th January 2016. And by my own mistake i may have paid it twice as i did not receive any confirmation email to suggest that the payment has gone through. And to my disappointment the course has not appeared in my Student Profile either. And no contact numbers seems to be available to contact who ever is concerned to deal with this matter. regards Jacqueline Trivedi”

Hi, Please don't worry. I can see you've ordered the course on a Saturday. Our team only work during Monday to Friday. Not to worry I can see they have now added the course to your account. If you made two duplicate order, don't worry we will refund the other order/. I hope that helps and have a great day.

“I haven't received my certificate and it's been 4weeks! I'm trying to contact online support and still no reply! I paid about £50, spend loads of time studying.. definitely not happy about this.”

Hi Lenka, The certificates are £9.99. I can see that you sent a support request last night, which has just been answered today. The certificates was ordered on the 10th and hard copy was sent on the 11th, but looks like you didn't receive it. Not to worry the team have sent another copy of your certificate out today. This is sent first class royal mail and should be with you within the next day or so. I hope this helps and have a great day. Thanks
