“Starting this course I was a little unsure because I've never done an online course before so I wasn't entirely sure how it would work. I called Oplex up and spoke to a nice lady who took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated that because i knew how to study the course and what would happen. The course itself was very informative. I learnt a lot of information and enjoyed the course. I got the digital certificate and ordered the printed version, which I received my certificate in the post this morning. I am very pleased with Oplex Careers and the learning experience has been a great one. Overall I will have to give you guys 5 stars because I enjoyed the course and I've signed up for another one.”

“I am about to finish the SEN course. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning about taking online classes but thought id give it a go. I must say that luckily when I took the class it was on discount.. There is no way I would have taken this class had it been on its full pirce 250pounds. Overall yes, it is informative but that's about it. There are spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, words missing, sentences repeated. Someone badly copied, pasted and put together a handful of slides. In addition, quiz questions also have spelling mistakes and can be completed without having to finish the unit. To sum up, save your money and dont bother.”

Sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your course, I have send your concerns to the tutor support team. Having gone through the course we couldn't find the errors that you mention. However, if you send us an email we will be happy to look through this asap. Thanks

“Purchased the course via Wowcher for a very good price, however, I've now completed the course, passed with flying honours (92%), but EIGHT days after doing the final assessment am still waiting for the promised PDF copy of my certificate to be emailed to me - they state on one part of their website it will be done in 3 working days of completion, and on another part of the website it states it will be done within 5 working days of completion. Have contacted via their FAQs, and had no reply, so today put a complaint to them in writing via email, they state complaints are dealt with within 5 working days, so lets see if anything is done by next Tuesday! A telephone number would be helpful when dealing with companies like this!”

Hello, Thanks for leaving this review. I've checked and can see your certificate was sent the same day 29th of October to your email address. Then again on the 7th of November. The problem was the email wasn't arriving in your inbox. After sending us a message last night, the certificate was successfully sent today, 10th of November. “I have just completed the course on special education needs, the course provided was very useful the information which are adequate to the required subject all the topics are described clearly in easy way and detailed. I would strongly recommend it to every one working with special needs”

“Excellent, well presented and easy to follow course. I was able to complete the course at my own pace which took me about 3 months from start to finish. I am now in the process of signing up with a teaching agency in order to start my new career. Will definitely do another course through Oplex Careers.”

“Autism Awareness Course- some parts related to classroom/ teaching were quite informative. I thought much of it was very poorly written- loads of grammatical and syntax mistakes. The end of unit tests were often full of double negatives and just had partial sentences lifted from the presentation making absolutely no sense at all! Even the final assessment had some totally nonsensical questions so I just had to guess! So far the First Aid course seems to be written more sensibly and is refreshing my memory having done a first aid course 3 years ago.The only reason I've taken this course is because it seemed a very good value way to update my first aid knowledge having done a number of practical first aid courses in the past.”

“The course material on the Counselling and Psychotherapy Course was excellent. However, the Final Assessment questions were all Psychology questions, none of which had been covered in the course.”
