“How long before I get my email to print off certificate?”

“I think the service you provide, the platform and the range of courses available are all excellent. However, I was very disappointed to find multiple mistakes in each module of my course, sometimes on every page, which gives a negative, unprofessional impression, especially given that my course was about teaching English. I can only comment on the Tefl Master's, as that's the only one I have taken, but you would benefit greatly from a thorough proofread and correction. That being said, the course was useful and I am glad I have done it.”

“I have received a review from Oplex Careers on my mobile phone today but i am unable to sent it!? i have sent 3 emails in the last week but have had no reply!? I am unable to access or create my course folder as well as Tasks for Microsoft Excel 2013. Module 7 Unit 1 Beginners Course. I am in financial difficulties and have purchased one month's IT broadband which is all i can afford for now! Eugene Dillon”

“I have completed one course easily and enjoyed it but I am now trying to complete the next and the text doesn't appear on the slides. I have contacted support on the website 3 times now, with no response and can't see any other way to contact them. Does anyone have any ideas?. Not impressed at the moment.”

“The course was good and not too difficult, but the material was full of spelling and grammar mistakes. Also some of the information and screenshots were outdated and it wasn't always clear whether you were using the demo data or using your own. Also one of the exam questions just said 'Credit Note' with no clue what the answer should be. On the plus side I got all my log in details quickly and received my certificates within the allotted time frames”

“Good range of courses that u can access anytime however takes too long to reciev paid hard copie of certificate n I haven't received my PDF copy yet either”

“More animal courses and exotic and reptiles would be good and possibly introduce more levels to gain nvq or diploma”

“While the course was enjoyable there were some alarming oversights. Spelling, punctuation, and grammar were not correctly checked before being published. On completion on my chosen course it took one email (to which was never responded) and one phone call that was answered by a rather unenthusiastic young lady.”

“1) I was disappointed that when I bought a package course, only 1 of them was delivered instead of 2 until I had to complaint to support. 2) Some of us learn more effectively with audio and video lectures, which I expected to see before I bought my first course, but I was disappointed to find out there is no audio. I had to click every page manually which makes it boring for me. When such problems are rectified, I will give 5 star because I have enjoyed the richness of my courses on the platform and also the test and certification system which many other platforms don't have. Well-done and thank you for the good work, hope to see the improvements soon.”

“I was very pleased with my first course.. i was given much information in great depth and this helped me to gain the knowledge to complete my course. I have since ordered a 2nd course, I received my email to state it had been added to my account.. which it hasn’t! I’ve emailed twice, 2/3 days apart and not even had a reply!”
