“I tried to reset my password, which I did, I then got a message saying that the password change WAS SUCCESSFUL, but when I tried to log in using the new password, there was a message stating that I was trying an unrecognised password. Three times I have changed my password, received a message saying that the password was successful and three times the new password failed, and whilst I was in the middle of this rubbish, the support centre closed for the night. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!!!!!!”

“The system is good. But at check out instead of purchasing a certificate and transcript separately.can it not place as a bundle? It would make the payment less complicated.”

“I really enjoyed studying the aromatherapy course It was so interesting. It gave me some confidence having achieved high distinction with the assessment. I am interested in alternative therapies and felt lucky to be able to do the course as it was affordable with being so incredibly reduced in price. Thankyou so much I am going to do another course.”

“I have completed three courses online with Oplex, all being very detailed, informative and straightforward to access. The time given to complete, I believe was more than enough. The end of module tests are an excellent way to make sure that subject area is fully understood before moving onto the next. Results are given straightaway and Oplex are very quick to email aswel as post out the certificate. I will definitely purchase further courses in the near future.”
