“The deals are quite good for courses but the course itself wasn’t great. Thought I’d learn much more actual signs in sign language but I just didn’t. Disappointing really.”

“Very easy to purchase and get started. Very easy to understand and composed in a way that you don’t get overwhelmed. I love that you can go in and out of training as and when suits you. The only thing I think could be made a little clearer is the fact that these certificates are just to state you have finished the training but not for the actual qualification. Fantastic that you can also get a student card. Overall very happy.”

“Very very informative and easy to understand. Flexible enough to fit to ones schedule. I have a three year old and a newborn baby and still at oplex careers I was able to octopus through children and studies Definitely recommend to all.😊”

“HLTA level 4 - Course was easy to access. Each module had detailed information but was all relevant to the roll being studied for. Being able to chose the order you completed them in was also an advantage. I found some of the questions in the final exam a little strange and could have been better selected and more relevant to the everyday role being studied for. Some questions were very specific eg types of cerebral palsy - which is more specialist SENDCO knowledge to know. Over all I would recommend the course as you can do it as little or as often as you like, having up to a year to complete. I completed it in 5 months.”

“Really enjoyed my canine behaviour training course. I found it very interesting and easy to follow. I already have a fair knowledge of canines but even so I still learnt lots of new things. Would definitely recommend.”

“The course itself was great. Nice format and clearly delivered. My issue is worh the company themselves and their system. I finished my final exam with a high grade and purchased a physical certificate. I was then questioned as to why I had made this purchase as as fas as they were concerned I hadn't taken the exam. Luckily I took a screen grab of my result as their only solution was that I sit the exam again.”

“Course instructions not very clear , response on an apple device is not very good and I was uncertain if I was taking a practice course or the real thing Luckily I purchase a course that is less relevant to my actual need at the discounted price so will use it as an experimental session”

“I tried to reset my password, which I did, I then got a message saying that the password change WAS SUCCESSFUL, but when I tried to log in using the new password, there was a message stating that I was trying an unrecognised password. Three times I have changed my password, received a message saying that the password was successful and three times the new password failed, and whilst I was in the middle of this rubbish, the support centre closed for the night. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!!!!!!”
