“Our trainer was very personable and friendly. He was full on information and able to talk us through many points. It would have been helpful to have a more rigorous experience (checking everyone knew how to use techniques on the manikins, conveyance of the seriousness and value of course) and the requested booklets on the day. Again, he was very friendly and very nice, but I finished the course still not confident of some of the procedures.”

“I really enjoyed my First Aid Training, the day was really informative and moved at a good pace. I feel much more confident in First Aid than I did before I entered the room. The administration prior to the training was fantastic and really well organised, making the whole experience seamless and stress free. Would definitley recommend to my colleagues, thank you!”

“The venue was pleasant and the team welcoming. The course was professionally presented in an easy to grasp format with clear explanation and useful practical exercises. This made it easy to really take on board and retain the essential information and feel I could apply it in a real world scenario. Job done.”
