course was dragged out introductions took 45 minutes alone Group work was way too autnomous and near enough all answers provided were 'correct' Really poor this time - practitioner may need to consider evaluating how much he knows.

the trainoing was long and confusing, wording was incorrect therefore it was difficult for all our team to understand the terminology and pass some modules.

Very bad coordination and communication. It was the third and last year I will do this training with this company

WE USED YOUR COMPANY FOR OUR ONLINE FIRST AID TRAINING WE HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED OUR CERTIFICATES . WHEN CHASING WAS TOLD THE GOVERNING BODY HAD BEEN AUDITING AND WE WOULD RECIEVE THEM . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Firstly ive already asked via email and over the phone for the contact information to be changed and yet i still get an email to my email address but to IAN, im not Ian, im Nicola. secondly, the pre course information was sporadically given after id booked after id confirmed that our training areas were suitable. The trainer was a delight but the customer service was and is sub standard

On one recent occasion trainer did not know which course he was meant to be delivering and did not give the learners their books. When asking the company for them, we were told he had provided them and were charged extra. In general, very poor customer service. The company seems badly organised and very focused on sales rather than service.

Of the three training sessions booked to take on our INSET day in May only one session took place, the first session of the Paediatric training. However the the third session of the Paediatric training was also cancelled at the last minute, and arranging for this to be completed was difficult.
