“we did have issues where we were allowed to book training and then were informed that there was no trainer when we had arranged for our trainees to all be in one place at the same time, this was the case for both of the training booked, then the trainer was significantly later than expected and our staff where left sitting around for some time when they had all made the effort to get to that place by the time suggested by onsite training.”
