“Booking of the training was easy. The course delivered was great- the trainer, the content, all very high standard. After the course I was sent certificates, unfortunatley couple names were misspelled, but the issue was resolved by the company. I am very satisfied customer.”

“It was eassy to schedule this training although it took quite some time to pay the invoice and to allow htis to be scheduled. It was reported that the training was good but the local team member thought there could be more hands on training associated.”

“While the company did an excellent job in organising a suitable first aid course for us, I was disappointed by the lack of communication after we paid the invoice. Before payment, we received calls almost twice a week, but after the payment was made, I had to proactively reach out during the week of the training to obtain the necessary information. I understand that securing customers is a priority, but customer experience should remain a key focus even after the invoice is settled.”

“As a whole, our team found the onsite first aid training very thorough and easy for eveyrone to stay alert through, interested throughout and very educational. The team all now feel confident should an incident arise and we thank you for that.”

“We recently had Onsite Fire Marshal Training. The overall content seemed sufficient for what we hoped. However, the content didn't seem to require a whole day to unpack, as there felt like a lot of repetition. Also, we were sent two instructors for the training, but we were quite disappointed in the lack of preparation, knowledge of the content, and professionalism shown on the day.”

“We had a great experience organising our Emergency First Aid at Work training through Onsite First Aid Training Company. The initial call after our enquiry was very quick and we received a quote straight away which was cheaper and better value than other quotes we had received. They provided us with all the communication and info needed prior to the training, and the training provider they secured for us, Pass Point, provided an excellent and engaging session. We have received our certificates within the stated timeframe. Overall the experience was very positive and we would come to them again for future training needs.”

“Overall excellent experience Quick and easy to arrange, set up and discuss the training being delivered. Staff had made comments to state the facilitator delivering the training was really good which has now given them confidence with being trained. Certficates were sent over effeciently and easy to download Also it was great to remain in contact and being offered other training at discounted prices”
