The course was presented in a professional and clear manner, but the scheduling fees, and alteration fees are astronomical.

Overall, it is good, you're very prompt and good with communication. The only feedback I can give about your customer service is that you're not very patient. We are a very busy company and have to get all of our quotes approved by our directors which can be time-consuming and it did get frustrating to constantly receive emails and phone calls regarding updates and our decision. Your actual trainer seemed very knowledgable, however, he was also at times very sexist. The biggest concern for me was that he neglected to mention how women have different heart attack symptoms from men until one of my colleagues pointed it out, this left us wondering whether other important information could have been missed. Despite this upsetting fact, he did include a lot of helpful surplus information to help us identify problems and to more effectively give first aid, which someone without in-depth knowledge couldn't provide.
