“From the initial call and getting a provisional quote the experience I received was really positive. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and very efficient. Feedback i received from those that attended the course was that the content was very relevant to the course and it was full of enthusiasm and engagement and they would recommend it to their colleagues. The course was structured at a good pace and content covered was in the right amount of detail. It was felt there could have been a more coverage of electric shock hazard and treatment, newborn/children first aid outside of work. All in all experience and feedback was very positive.”

“As the Training Coordinator of my organisation, I booked the Paediatric First Aid training for 12 staff members and the feedback was excellent. The trainer demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject matter and conducted the training session in a professional manner. Also, the traner facilitated an environment that encouraged learning engagement thriugh role plays and practical demonstration session. Learners had very positive things to say about their learning experience and that they learnt a lot. Overall, it was excellent!”

“First Aid training was easy to organise and proved a cost effective way to deliver the training to a group of people. The flexibilty of on-site also proved incredibly helpful. Quality of training is good, the trainer was excellent and helpful. Our colleagues found the course informative and now feel confident to deal with First Aid issues if they arise.”

“We signed up for the one day Emergency First Aid at Work course. Not only was the content delivered informative, the delivery by the trainer was superb. There can be an expectation that whilst the courses are important and interesting, they may be tiring at times due to the amount of information being shared. However, we found both the content and the delivery from our trainer to be so engaging that it truly felt as though we were taking all the knowledge and skills on board without feeling fatigued. The engagement through the training was excellent, as there were only 6 of us participating, we were all able to answer questions or give our opinions on how we may approach a certain situation before being told the correct way. Our trainer, Anne, used examples that were relevant and practical for every day lives. She helped us to be aware of how our current health and safety practices could be improved and how we can use our new skills in our work. Overall, the day was actually quite fun. We laughed and learnt, we couldn't have asked for much more than that!”
