“It was eassy to schedule this training although it took quite some time to pay the invoice and to allow htis to be scheduled. It was reported that the training was good but the local team member thought there could be more hands on training associated.”

“The training was great. My team said how knowledgeable and personable trainer was. However, after training was completed and certificates and wallet cards were received, one certificate had incorrect spelling of name and one person did not receive wallet card. I have emailed this detail some time ago and not received a response nor corrected certificate or wallet card.”

“Overall it was informative and covered all the essential topics, However it felt like the session dragged on a bit longer than necessary. Still it was a valuble experience and we are more prepared for any emergency situations.”

“Very good communication as a whole, particularly when the course had to be cancelled the first time due to trainer being ill, you were quick to contact use and rearrange dates. Delegates really enjoyed the course and found it really informative. The only area that wasn't made clear was that payment of invoice was required on day of receipt as we normally allow 30 days for payment. This wasn't an issue for payment and was soons sorted after a phonecall with you but thought i would point out as might be useful for future.”

“In the main it was good. The man did keep a group of 10 men in line which was impressive. He did however go to our office rather than the site I specified so started 45 mins late. Content was good and everyone passed. Price was good, I would use you again.”
