The process of booking and securing was straight forward and the staff were great when I had any questions. The trainer on the day was very helpful and patient and the course itself was well thought out. My only observation was I had been advised that the trainer would arrive an hour before to set up and that all attendees should be there 20-30 mins before to complete registration. I asked everyone to come in early and bring ID, I had started an hour early myself, however the trainer did not arrive until nearer the start time and ID's were not checked before the course started. I understood through conversations that some of our troopers couldn't get the full certificate they would get an attendance certificate, what I didn't realise was that they would be dispatched separately. Hnce once I received the full certificates I chased the others up .
