We had an issue with our original booking. We booked and paid for a course and stood all our employees down, only to come in on the day of the course to a voicemail telling us they were not coming as couldn't find trainer!
However, it got re-booked and eventually the course took place. The trainers were really good and made the day fun but imformative.
