“The process of booking and securing was straight forward and the staff were great when I had any questions. The trainer on the day was very helpful and patient and the course itself was well thought out. My only observation was I had been advised that the trainer would arrive an hour before to set up and that all attendees should be there 20-30 mins before to complete registration. I asked everyone to come in early and bring ID, I had started an hour early myself, however the trainer did not arrive until nearer the start time and ID's were not checked before the course started. I understood through conversations that some of our troopers couldn't get the full certificate they would get an attendance certificate, what I didn't realise was that they would be dispatched separately. Hnce once I received the full certificates I chased the others up .”

“Personally I enjoyed the training very much and learnt new things I didn't know before. The trainer was really funny, likeable and engaging. However I understand that there were some elements missing from the training that our organisation were expecting us to cover and we were also lacking manuals which should have been provided. Overall it was really good.”

“we had 3 first aiders who took the training and they all said it was worth doing it lets hope we never have to use it !!”
