“An informative, interactive and engaging session with opportunities to practice learned skills on a dummy or colleagues. Questions were answered in good detail. A lot of information to take in during the allocated time, but attendees received a booklet after the session as a reference point.”

“Unfortunately there was an error made by Onsite First Aid Training Company Customer Service adviser, which resulted in our employees losing a days work as they were in the office waiting for a trainer to arrive but as the booking had been inputted incorrectly no trainer had been appointed to us!! After speaking to Marie a new date was booked and everything ran smoothly. The trainer was very knowledgable and friendly which made the day enjoyable and pass quickly.”

“Excellent in-depth first aid training with friendly and helpful trainer. One of our certificates had a mispelling on it and have waited weeks for new certificate and had to get in contact a couple of times to chase up which is why I have gave 4 stars rather than 5.”
