“Overall unsatisfactory. Whilst the delivery of the training on the day was excellent, the trainer was unable to bring any of the training guides with him as he had only received notification of the appointment the day before. It then took almost three months for the team's certification dcoumentation to arrive (despite much chasing) and we still have not received any support guides as promised.”

“I thought the training was very good but I was exceedingly disappointed to learn that after paying just under £300 I would not be given a plastic ID proof of current First Aider validation card to carry around with me. I found this exceedingly upsetting and had I known I would not have done the training with you.”

“My colleagues said the training was very good but the location carpet was a bit dirty, bearing in mind they had things to do on the floor. I did feed this back to your office and they said they would contact the Ivy Bush Hotel in Carmarthen.”
