“The contact with the training company was okay. When I did email/call I would be told of an expected wait time for the information that I was requiring and that would be resolved. The only problem was and Im not sure if it was just related to the administrative issues from our company. We recieved the certificated after more than 6 weeks and at that one of the certificates had an error Im not sure how this happend (typo) this then still currently awaiting feedback. THe training was fantastic but the certification turn around is something I've never come accross.”

“A brilliant company. I needed to organise first aid training for different staff members in different areas and Onsite First Aid really went above and beyond helping to facilitate this. Even when there was a family emergency for on of my employees, Onside First Aid were able to re-arrange the date of the course for me. I will certaibly use them again for any first aid training requirements.”

“Very good communication as a whole, particularly when the course had to be cancelled the first time due to trainer being ill, you were quick to contact use and rearrange dates. Delegates really enjoyed the course and found it really informative. The only area that wasn't made clear was that payment of invoice was required on day of receipt as we normally allow 30 days for payment. This wasn't an issue for payment and was soons sorted after a phonecall with you but thought i would point out as might be useful for future.”

“I would like to thank our instructor Claire who conducted our training. Claire was very knowledgeable and ensured that we were happy with each section before moving on. The course itself, covered a lot within the 3 days however the content was excellent. I would definitely recommend this course.”

“In the main it was good. The man did keep a group of 10 men in line which was impressive. He did however go to our office rather than the site I specified so started 45 mins late. Content was good and everyone passed. Price was good, I would use you again.”
