“I took a long time deciding on which sideboard would suit my room best and I am so pleased with the one I have had from Only Oak Furniture, it is exactly as it is on their website. I also ordered a nest of three tables which are really good quality. After ordering I was told I would be contacted with a delivery date which I could change if necessary, which it was. I contacted them by email and gave an alternative date which was no problem. I was contacted on the morning of the delivery to say when they would be with me. The sideboard is solid and well made and the drawers move smoothly. I am very pleased with both items and the delivery. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I ordered a corner cupboard in January 2021 with delivery - from the Far East - expected in March. A refund was offered to me when delivery was extended. I chose to wait for delivery. Shipping chaos meant that item was finally delivered in October. "Only Oak Furniture" staff became almost personal friends during the long wait! The cupboard is exactly what I had hoped for. I am very pleased that I waited.”

“I was impressed with the bedside tables and changed the door knobs to the wooden ones which I preferred. The only difficulty I had was that apparently the carrier staff were not allowed to take the items upstairs and I had to seek help to move them”

“I'm so glad I used Only Oak furniture. After a very bad experience with another supplier who failed to deliver the Z Oak Large desk after 6 months, and who could not give me any indication of delivery, I turned to Only Oak. They provided me with a date for the next shipment and an estimate of when the item would be delivered. I was kept up to date with progress and informed when the item had arrived in the UK. Deliver soon followed. The desk itself is absolutely fabulous and worth the wait.”

Hi David, So pleased you had good customer service and that you are delighted with product. This is what we build our brand on! Sorry about the wait though, its been a challenge to get furniture made and shipped to the UK this last 18 months and although we are achieving about an 83% success rate of delivery within 10-25 working days, some items are taking a considerable amount of time beyond this to arrive. “They were extremely helpful when I contacted them to ask about a particular dining table. I was not ready to take delivery on the date provided and a delay to a later date was no problem. The only comment I would make is that I received an E Mail advising I would get a text message when the delivery driver was 30mins / 1 hr away, this did not happen, but thankfully I was in when he arrived. I think this is down to the delivery company rather than Only Oak Furniture.”
