“Never ordered furniture online before, should not have worried. My 2 chairs arrived in perfect condition. There was a delay in the delivery but I was kept informed by email and by phone.”

“Ordered parasol cover and it came quicker than expected. Great product with helpful pole to help get it over the top of the parasol. Good value too as expected to pay more for something of that quality, so ordered 2!”

“We recently purchased a shoe cupboard from Only Oak Furniture. Although the item was shown as being available within a couple of weeks, the following day we had a call to apologise but it would not arrive for a month or so after that. However, we were asked whether rather than waiting, we would prefer to cancel the order with an immediate refund - what excellent service. The cupboard actually arrived within the extended timescale and is a really nice piece of furniture. I would thoroughly recommend the company for its service.”

“Ordered the Abington stow away table and I am so impressed with the product. It fits the corner of my kitchen perfectly and was so easy to assemble. The product came wrapped extremely carefully. Highly recommend this company.”
