Ethan, Thank you for your comment. We have looked into your delivery which was shipped on the 14th July the first working day after your order. It appears there was no body available to receive the parcel from Parcelforce. It has been awaiting collection in your local post office. It is now out for delivery on the 8th August. We will contact you to check your address and to arrange maybe a resend of the parcel.

“The labels were a good price and came very quickly. It took me a while to figure out that the margin was not round the border but a wiggly line in the middle but when I found that it was easy to dislodge the backing so maybe there should be a leaflet explaining how to do it for idiots like me who are using them for the first time.”

“I ordered my labels and they were sent quickly. Unfortunately, GLS was the carrier used and they were clearly not up to the task, claiming a 100% accurate address was incomplete. I contacts Online Labels support and they were enormously helpful and provided detailed instructions to the courier who still did not deliver (clearly their core business is beyond them). After a bit of to & fro, the labels were eventually delivered over a week after they should. At all times, Online Labels were helpful and focused on trying to resolve the issue, unlike GLS who never once answered their phones. Recommendation: when sending packages to Ireland, use Royal Mail or carrier pigeons or anything other than GLS.”

“The labels were fine, the delivery was prompt. The word template was ok, but ... I want to do a mail merge from word, and this is a lot easier using the published label templates loaded into word. However , only the US templates from OnlineLabels.com are available, and I needed the European templates for my A4 label sheet. It's possible to work round this by zooming in to get fine resolution of the word document downloaded from your site, noting the pitch and dimensions of an individual label, and using those to create a new label template, but it's fiddly and frustrating. You could at least publish these parameters on the web page. Vent done.”

Peter, Thanks for your comments. All the dimension information you need is under the Actual Dimensions tab on the specific product page. Also we do have a very useful and easy to use Mail Merge as part of Maestro Label Designer our free to customer software. We will review how visible those tools are to our customers.

HI, Sorry to hear you were disappointed. At all times when ordering we do offer a graphic image of the layout of the sheet. Indeed the ovals in this case are positioned portrait as per the specification of EU30066 to maximise the number of useable labels for our customers. You can design in landscape and rotate your text to suit using the free to customer software Maestro Label Designer. The adhesive is an all purpose permanent adhesive. Please let us know at UKsupport@onlinelabels.com if you had any specific applications for which the labels did not work.

“Labels were just what I wanted and the end result was perfect. But ... open source version of template was missing for my size, didn't work for other sizes and couldn't be converted so I had to build my own from scratch which was annoying since one of the reasons I bought from OnlineLabels was the availability of templates. Cloud designer is not what I wanted.”
