“OL College has been very reliable and easy to work with. My tutor was available and promptly reply to any of my questions and concerns and I found her extremely professional. I did recommend this course to friends that are interested in early years education. Thank you”

“I work full time so this was a great way to study and plan when I could fit time in to do the work. Found the support from the tutor did not suit me. I would use the chat but often the reply would come through a day or two later than you loose the thread of the question you asked”

“Poor experience. First tutor I had was absolutely lovely except the college change my tutors without telling me. The newer tutor gave me little to no advice when I asked about my course and continued to tell me I wasn't allowed to use the course materials in my work (which id paid for). Went months without progressing as my emails to head office were being ignored when I was having problems receiving feedback.”

“I found the course content interesting and the topics covered to be wide-ranging. My tutor encouraged me to read far and wide to find and put together answers to the assignment questions and helped answer any questions I had, or otherwise. On the downside, though, my tutor took longer to mark my assignments than was specified on the automatic emails received. On the automatic emails, it said that assignments would be marked and returned within 3 working days whereas my tutor usually took 7 days; not necessarily a major problem but should be kept in mind. Overall, the service received was good, many thanks!”

“I have just completed my Level 4 CACHE Early Years Advanced Practitioner course in 7 months while working full time. I would definitely recommend this course. My tutor; Robyn was fantastic. She was always quick to get my work back within 3 days. The course itself was layed out SO clearly which was really great as I was able to quickly understand how many assignments and practicals I had. It was also very clear when I had completed different sections of the course. I loved how I could start any section of the course and was able to sumit a assignment and then be able to start the reading on another assigment; so i was able to complete the course quickly. If I was to offer any constructive feedback, I would just ask for a little bit more praise and motivation. Somtimes it was a little disheartening spending hours in the evenings while working full time, to get feedback to add more to a assignment with little praise. But in general Robyns feedback was always fair and clear in what i had to do to pass. If Online Learning College had a CACHE level 5 in childcare, I would definitely be signing up!”

“I did the Level 3 Health and Social course and overall I enjoyed it. The tutor was quick to give feedback and very helpful. Only thing is, some of the material I think is a little outdated but all in all helpful. A lot of research is needed yourself though.”

“I have just completed the early years child care course so I can work with early years children. The course itself is great and the tutor I had was very helpful especially when I had to ask silly questions! This is the second course I have completed with the Online Learning college. The courses are great value for money and a lot cheaper than going college especially at my age!!”
