“Absolutely excellent service, breakdown arrived within an hour. The weather was appalling , the engineer was outstanding in a difficult situation. He couldn't be more helpful with an exceptional can do attitude. Well done one call rescue, I managed to get my vehicle to my local garage by driving it there, I contacted them to let them know I was coming and it was your engineer that gave me all the advice. He was very safety conscious and very understanding.”

“I received a phone call from SG2 to confirm my exact whereabouts giving me an approx time which was good as I thought it was going to be hours. Thankfully, it was about 30-45 minutes after my online admission and payment. He was professional, prompt and polite, he told me what he felt it was and checked battery power, advising to take to garage asap.”

“Disappointed that the recovery lorry was sent to the wrong location after completing correct details on online portal. Original recovery lorry was then cancelled and I had to wait for about 4 hour for the rearranged recovery lorry to arrive. Unhappy with the service I received.”

“When I called the advise was to get to get the van to the garage as bon starter. I wanted someone to come and look at it so they arranged someone to give roadside assistant he was brilliant real thougher, knew what he was doing. Even know it still had to go to a garage it gave me piece of mond that it wasn't a anything simple and needed more intensive investigation. So Greatful just to check this for me”

“They were easy to talk to, with clear instructions. Guiding me through each step. He said he would send text he sent text telling the company they would use and that I would receive a call from them and gave me an eta. The company did call. Knew where I was and were with me with in 15 minutes of information given. I’m so pleased I have this service with my car insurance. User name of gentleman is PW1.”
