“I would have given 5 stars but at first you insisted I pay £20 before you would recover my vehicle. I did not have a bank card with me or means to pay and this totally stressed me out. The recovery was speedy and the breakdown driver followed me home to make sure I got home safely. This part of the service was excellent, but payment of £20 upfront, really????”

“Reassuring & helpful once I teled.BREAKDOWN.10/10 ONE CALL ONLINE TOTALLY USELESS 0/10 TRIED TO ENTER MY PORTAL. THEY HAD INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AND ON 7 OCCASIONS JUST KEPT SENDING ME TO THE SAME ONLINE LINK. AN ALGORITHM... HOME START BUT WHAT IF NOT AT HOME? I AM A STROKE VICTIM ......SCARY!!!”

“The website was shocking. Kept crashing and declining payment. Couldn’t find a contact number so used the online chat. Waited forever to finally speak to someone. I was given a contact number to call and the guy I spoke too was amazing. He made it a very simple process and someone came out to recover my car within 90 minutes. Will definitely just call next time (now I have the contact number)”

“After the initial phone call the request had to be done online but it was pretty straightforward. Within minutes the rescue man called to let me know where he was and how long it would be before he go to me. Then another call when he was 5 minutes away. He got here in about half an hour and was a very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly guy. Excellent service. Thank you.”
