“Left waiting for four half hours with no heat, I am in my 60th year and I was freezing cold when the truck turned up the guy was rude and unhelpful, then when I got to my house we had to get my van on the drive the recovery driver was going to leave me with my van half on my drive and half on the pavement, I had to ask him to help me get the car on my drive properly and then it was me (may I remind you I am in my 60th year whilst the recovery driver was in he's twenties) that pushed the vehicle back on the drive whilst the driver steered!”

“Where shall I start....I was left on my own in a dark rural area for 3.5 hours I was expected to locate a garage myself and get myself home....what exactly am I paying for......so unimpressed, no mobile signal where I broke down which the agent did not seem to comprehend......as soon as I got home I joined the RAC...beyond unimpressed”

“Easy to use online breakdown. Quick response to let me know an ETA, with the name of the breakdown company and person that will be attending. I was also sent a link to which enable me to track all progress of arrival. Gentleman that attended was friendly and reassuring and got me to where I needed to be. Very good service and a happy customer. Thank you 😊”

“The first recovery vehicle arrived in 20 minutes but was too small to tow my car so the driver phoned the office and a larger tow truck was despatched and came within 1 1/2 hours - the driver was very helpful and efficient so I was very pleased with the service provided.”

“The first time I had to use the service took a while, and the guy said the battery was useless. The 2nd time I had to (this time) was great! Very quick response time and the guy simply jump-started the car, told me to take it for a 20 min spin and was nice, friendly and personable to boot. Very highly recommended :P (the 2nd time, not the 1st...)”
