“I was really worried that contacting the breakdown service was online and not by phone, but there was great communication. The breakdown driver rang me and told me how long he would be. It was a simple fix as my battery had gone flat. He started my car and I went off to get a new battery fitted. I was very happy with the experience from One Call Rescue”

“Excellent assistance by Jordan on July 6th (on West Mains Road, Edinburgh). I booked breakdown assistance via the website and shortly after, received a confirmation call from a lady. Was then texted with tracking info….and Jordan was there within 40 minutes. Quick and easy. Can’t fault the service. Only one small problem, i was texted a link asking if I wanted to leave a review. It didn’t work…all I got was a “404 Page Not Found” message so had to find this webpage myself.”

“A LONG WAIT FOR 3HOURS BUT WHEN RESCUE ARRIVED AND STATED IT WAS A CLUTCH THAT HAD GONE HE TOWED IT BACK TO THE PLACE i WANTED VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL PERSON”

“It’s never a pleasant experience breaking down but the service we received was excellent from the recovery company at Hough Green. However making contact with One Call was difficult in what is an already stressful situation. The agent who took the call offered very little in terms of support and solutions which was a little disappointing but we were recovered within a few hours. Luckily we were safe in a car park and not a highway which would have been extremely stressful waiting for a few hours with a dog in the vehicle.”

“Welldone One Call Rescue I needed my car jumb-started and it was a very straightforward case of simply calling in, filling in a short and easy online form and the service was booked. The truck arrived with the allocated time and within seconds my car battery was up & running. Great hustle free service all round❗😊”

“They arrived after 15 minutes , after diverting from another job as they were on route ! What a great idea , well done. I was shicked to learn that the van the driver used has no air con, I am.an Environmental Health Officer, you must ensure you have taken all reasonable steps to keep workplace temperatures reasonable, perioetuc workers fall to HSE so I rm will refer this to HSE to investigate, the van temp was over 35 degrees, you also have general responsibilities for employees welfare while they are at work under health and safety at Work Act.”
