“Excellent recovery service. Was a lady on my one stuck in a very busy high street, automatic gears wouldn’t work. Spoke to a really helpful man (Ben) who assisted me through all that has to be done. Rescue lorry came within half an hour and Micheal (the recovery driver) was great. Can’t recommend highly enough. Many many thanks.”

“frustration on return from a holiday abroad to find te car battery had died over a week in a car park. negative was after speaking to someone had to then go online to fill in information of where we were etc, and again at having to phone back to one call rescue at the postcode did not come up with the car park facitilty we were parked. This caused problems for the rescue team as the truck they sent could not come into the multistory car park, so i had to go down to meet the mecahnic and then we went up. thankfully, was a flat battery and nothing more serious so car was started shortly after his arrival. otherwise smooth and friendly service.”

“The process of reporting a windscreen problem , and getting the car booked in went fairly well, although three attempts were needed to get the booking sorted, call being dropped twice. The personal process was excellent, all phone conversations dealt with quickly and professionally.”

“I went online reported breakdown location everything was called back within 5 minutes of logging breakdown Was then told someone would be with me at a certain time and I was recovered at that time great service and a good ending to the start of a bad day”

“Great service on phone. NO contact from recovery company what so ever I was told by One Call I would be contacted and be able to track recovery vehicle this did not happen. Had to chase them through contacting One Call again.”
