“Contacted Onecall when the car broke down, directed to the website, really easy to use and fill in, once payment was made I was contacted literally within minutes from the recovery service, once location was confirmed they arrived shortly afterwards, well worth taking it out, would recommend if others are thinking is using Onecall”

“Excellent and quick response. Very helpful and polite breakdown driver. Was a bit surprised that no attempt was made to check the problem. Just went immediately to recovery. In fairness his diagnosis was such this there was probably no point in examining the car.”

“Completed the template in the App to report a breakdown (fuel pump cracked) and within 2 minutes had a call from the Recovery Centre. They checked my details and explained that due to the nature of the breakdown a recovery to destination was likely to be the only option - as I had expected. The advised that the truck would arrive in 1 - 2 hours. Just over an hour later my vehicle was loaded on to the recovery truck and I was on my way.”

“When he turned up he diagnosed the wrong problem after getting sorted. What he said was wrong with it. I still had the problem there, leaving me quite unhappy so I ended up taking out additional cover from a different place for the future”
