“Initial rescue was hopelessly ineffective, although arrived quite quickly. Car had a low battery but he didn't even try to boost it with a Power pack/jump leads. Couldn't leave fast enough. Just called for Recovery, and his company had no vehicles available. Waited 2.5 hours for Recovery from a different company, who then got car started with Power Pack within a minute! He was very helpful and friendly,”

“Broke down on 21.5.23. Reported breakdown approx 7.30am on the portal. Call from One Call at 7.49am lovely lady, extremely helpful. Breakdown vehicle arrived at 8.30am, lovely man, very helpful and put us at ease that he could get us back to the garage. Very impressed at how this was handled.”

“I used the One call portal and found it quite easy to use. SOS breakdown service were brilliant. Really the best service in a stressful situation. Got me loaded up and home which wasn't easy and linkage on rear shocker had gone. Really appreciate the guy from Derby for his help.”

“Quick to answer initial phone call. BUT I struggled with the text as I have arthritis in my hands so tapping a message is not easy. Gave up after 3 attempts and phoned again. The lady who answered was very helpful and took the needed info on the phone. Much easier for me. The rescue driver arrived at the given time, very polite and efficient.”

“It’s very bad, unfortunately he didn’t diagnosed the problem properly. I had to call AA again and checked and they found that Bottom Pully has been broken. It’s unbelievable that the person checked didn’t do anything he just jump started the vehicle and left.”

“It is always a stressful time when you breakdown anywhere but the two people I spoke to put my mid at ease and dealt with my situation very well. I have nothing but praise for them especially the second lady I spoke to.She explained every step”

“Simply Outstanding! 43 mins from first contact to truck arriving--my experience with other organisations has always been to wait much longer. One Call's local agent, P H Recovery, were incredibly friendly, helpful and had great communications. I would not hesitate to renew with One Call just on the strength of this good experience. “The support of Leanne yesterday was exceptional. I'm 66 and was driving alone from Scotland when I broke down on the A1M southbound between j 40/41. I felt vulnerable and stressed and Leanne was cal. and supportive as was Jake who collected me. The A1 was the busiest I've ever seen it and the traffic was all but stationary so it all took time but the telephone support was excellent...”
