“Logged on, outlined problem with car, got a text back with approximate time and company name. This from Ob2, who did a good job. Breakdown company quickly got me going, advised that battery was suspect, Having new battery fitted tomorrow. I'm amazed that companies still offer this level of service.”

“Rang Break down number, explained what was going on with my bike ,gave all details, said where the bike had broken down, said it would be sorted and a text sent, given me an approximately time, all down within the hour, Break down very helpful took care of my Harley was very pleased with your service, we now have all our vehicles with one call. Ken”

“I rang up to get help with recovery truck. Icould not get on my portal as no Internet.told the guy he said I had to go onto the portal.which I had already told him.so I rang again .i have never done this before so was stressed and worried.as I could not drive my car. I was 30 mins away from home. Then he pulled up my information. Why couldn't that have been done in the first phone call.as I sat for 15 mins trying to go on the portal and getting stressed and upset. I am not very good on these portals.as I have never done this. I know he's been trained to say about portal.but before I got to my destination I was in a country lane all on my own.cant drive my car. I was a worried woman. So it would be a suggestion on the first phone call to get a stressed situation sorted. So I was not happy with the portal and if I had known I would not have joined this break down cover. So I am disappointed customer”

“After at least 3 attempts to speak to someone who could actually help me instead of following links which I was unable to complete as I didn’t have all the information as it was my husband who had broken down I spoke to a lovely man who was able to help me complete the link by putting himself out to find all the information and get help to my husband within an hour, I really appreciate all his help he reached out above and beyond to help me and that meant a lot, thank you to him, a complete credit to your team 😊”

“Rang to arrange for car to be taken to garage as brake wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t drive it from near my home. Straight away received email and text telling me what time car would be picked up. And the car was picked up exactly as said by a lovely friendly helpful Matt.”

“Driver of rescue vehicle very pleasant & helpfull very friendly chat whit us on route to hotel which I might add he found for us as we didn’t know where it was he got us there in very heavy traffic all in all very satisfactory service.”

“I have dropped my review to 3 stars, because the system is a little confusing. I got random text messages saying I was not covered and that I had to pay and additional fee of £55. My bike is covered and I pay by direct debit. I ended making eleven calls to get it sorted and the recovery took nearly four hours in 34 degree temps.”

“I was really worried that contacting the breakdown service was online and not by phone, but there was great communication. The breakdown driver rang me and told me how long he would be. It was a simple fix as my battery had gone flat. He started my car and I went off to get a new battery fitted. I was very happy with the experience from One Call Rescue”
